Where can I find the community Rules, Bylaws, and Covenants?
Our Association, along with all other associations in Pennsylvania, is governed by The Uniformed Planned Community Act commonly referred to as Act 180. It is also governed by the Non-Profit Corporation Law Title 15. These laws can be obtained from our local representative, Joe Adams at his office in Hawley at 2523 Route 6, Suite 2, Hawley, PA 18428. Is hunting allowed in the community?
HUNTING and the discharging of firearms is NOT ALLOWED in our TINK-WIG Community.
